WEF Davos

WEF Davos: a transfer that
actually shows up in January.

During WEF week every car in the region is taken. Anyone who starts looking in January finds nothing — or pays three times the price. Reserve early and the car is there.

  • Zurich airport to Davos, Klosters and the surrounding area
  • A chauffeur on call on site, across several days
  • Winter equipment and experience on mountain roads

What we offer

What we drive during WEF week

  • Arrival and departure

Transfer from Zurich airport to Davos or Klosters, met in the arrivals hall with your flight watched. Return at the same fixed price.

  • A chauffeur on call on site

The car stays available during your stay — between hotel, congress centre and evening appointments.

  • Multi-day booking

We reserve the car and the chauffeur for your whole stay, instead of leaving you to find something each morning.

  • Winter operation

Winter tyres, experience on mountain roads and realistic timings. When it snows we build in buffer rather than hope.

  • Luggage and equipment

Winter luggage, skis and kit fit into the V-Class. Say so in the enquiry and we plan the car accordingly.

  • Discretion

During WEF week the conversations in a car are often nobody else’s business. On request we sign a confidentiality undertaking beforehand.

Fixed prices

Routes into the Grisons

These prices apply to normal operation. For WEF week itself you get a written quotation, because multi-day bookings and standby hours come into it.

Planning

Why booking early is the whole difference

  1. Capacity is finite

We have two cars. During WEF week both are usually taken months in advance, and we allocate them in the order reservations arrive, not by who bids highest.

  2. Early booking, fixed price

You get the quotation in writing with the car and the hours. The price does not change afterwards, even when the market tightens in January.

  3. Fine detail shortly before

A few days before you arrive we go through flight times, the hotel address and your planned appointments, so the chauffeur knows the week before it starts.

Coming with a delegation? The V-Class is the right car — seven seats and room for winter luggage. Companies with several journeys a year travel more cheaply on a framework agreement.

Common questions

Questions about WEF transfers

How early should I reserve for WEF week?
As early as possible — realistically in the autumn beforehand. We have two cars and the whole region is booked out that week. An enquiry in January usually cannot be served.
Does the car stay with me during my stay?
On request, yes. With a multi-day booking we reserve the car and the chauffeur for your days, so you can move between hotel, congress centre and evening appointments whenever you need to.
Do you also drive to Klosters, Lenzerheide or St. Moritz?
Yes. Klosters and St. Moritz appear with a fixed price in the table above; other Grisons destinations we quote on request — we know the distance, and the price comes the same day.
What happens in heavy snow?
We plan mountain roads in winter with buffer and drive with winter equipment. If a road closes we tell you immediately and take the alternative route, rather than leaving you waiting at the airport.
