  • Guest from the airport to a meeting

    Met with a name board, driven straight to the office or hotel. Your guest installs no app and pays nothing.

  • Roadshow with several stops

    One chauffeur, one car, all day. He knows the route and waits at the door instead of being ordered again.

  • Half day and full day

    Hourly charter from three hours. You set the schedule, we plan the driving times and where the car can stand.

  • Delegation or team

    Up to seven people in the V-Class, seats facing each other if you want. You can genuinely work on the way.

  • Evening events

    Out and back, waiting time included. Nobody has to think about how they are getting home.

  • Confidential journeys

    Conversations in the car stay in the car. On request we sign a confidentiality undertaking before the assignment.

Framework agreement

How the billing works

  1. Talk it through

    One conversation about your usual routes, how often, and who is allowed to book. You then get a framework agreement with fixed terms.

  2. Book in one line

    For later journeys an e-mail or a message with date, time and destination is enough. No form, no sign-up, no app.

  3. One invoice a month

    All journeys collected, with date, route, passenger, cost centre and internal reference — the way your accounts department needs it.

If you collect guests from the airport regularly, the fixed prices are on the Zurich airport transfer page. For delegations of four or more we take the V-Class.

Common questions

Questions from company clients

Can we travel on account?
Yes. Company clients get a framework agreement and a monthly invoice. Cost centre and internal reference appear on every line, so your accounts department can assign it without asking questions.
How many appointments fit into one day?
That depends on the routes. Send us the planned schedule with addresses and times and we will tell you in advance whether it works, rather than putting you into a plan that is too tight.
Is waiting time between appointments charged?
On an hourly charter waiting time is inside the hourly rate — the car stays with you. On single transfers we only charge waiting time beyond what is included.
Is it always the same chauffeurs?
Yes. We have two cars and we do not pass work to subcontractors. If we are booked out we say so, rather than sending a driver you do not know.
